IT Specialist role consisting of the following duties: PC/MAC hardware and software support. Installing software and hardware for end users. Setup new computers. TCP/IP configuration for various operating systems as network clients. Configure remote access via VPN connections. Spyware and Virus detection and removal. Support for Windows XP and Windows 7 as well as MAC OS X. Creation of Network Accounts for new users.
